Memorial Day 2014

We decided to spend our Memorial Day weekend in Okoboji with Brian's Mom and stepdad. We had a BLAST!  Graham's first time at Arnold's Park!  Here are some of our moments captured!

Jinx

Proof that I did jinx myself last night!  (Refer to yesterday's post). Little peanut pulled a fast one on us!

Landon is 9 months old!!

He turned 9 months old on 5/8/14, but his 9 month check-up wasn't until today.  I held out on the blog so I could update with his stats!

Stats:

-height: 28.6" (52%)

-weight: 20.8 lbs (66%)

-head circ: 17.9" (57%)

-Likes...

...yogurt melts, Graham crackers, "puffs"

...to be held!!  Loves it actually!

...bath time!

...playing outside (baby swing)

...Graham's goofy noises

Dislikes...

...the fact that mom & dad are forcing him to sleep in his crib and not their bed!!

...getting changed (diaper and clothes)

...getting out of the bath!

What's new:

-rocking back and forth on his knees (will be crawling any day now)

-lots of baby babble sounds

-back to sleeping in his bed all night (I may be jinxing myself!)

Typical schedule:

-wake up at 7:00 am

-bottle ASAP (6 oz)

-cereal and fruit at 9:30 am

-nap 10:00 am (about 1.5 hour)

-lunch around 11:45 am (half fruit/half veggie)

-bottle 12:45 pm (5 oz)

-nap 1:00 pm (about 2 hours)

-bottle 4:00 pm (5 oz)

-supper around 5:30 pm (half fruit/half veggie)

-bath at 7:00 pm

-bottle (7 oz) at 8:00 pm

-bed around 8:30 pm

At his 9 month check-up!  He does such a good job!

Mothers' Day 2014

A little late on the post, but these boys make my heart melt everyday!  It's hard to imagine a life without them!

We had some special guests a few days ago!  Brian's grandma and grandpa Shipler came up and spent an afternoon with us.  Graham and Landon loved playing with them!
